HighLine Estate
Panoramic views of Pikes Peak, Mount Evans and Denver's skyline define this estate. The main house, guest cottage and stables are all based on the whimsical architecture of Hearst's Wyntoon Ranch. The client's vision of historic "Parkitecture" is evoked by the use of battered stonewalls, towers, clerestories, cupolas, and decorative trusses. Contributing to this feel are rustic materials featuring black Idaho granite, rusted corrugated steel, reclaimed wood siding and timbers. The main house is designed around multiple courtyards for indoor-outdoor living.
